What dietry options do you offer?


We currently only offer one variety of subscription box, this may contain a mixture of dark, milk and white chocolate and some may contain nuts and/or other allegens. We do hope to offer a variety of options in the near future so please keep checking for updates or sign up for our newsletter.




How much is postage?


Postage to the United Kingdom is absolutely free of charge.




When will I receive my box?


Your box of deliciousness will leave us on the 5th of every month or the next working day and you will receive them 3-5 working days after.




From where do you source your chocolate?


We scoure the United Kingdom and work with some of the most passionate and knowledgable producers.




When will I make my montly payment?


Payments will be taken on the monthly anniversary of the day of your order with your box the following 5th of the month. E.G. order date was 9th April, first box will be received 5th May.




I have received a free box through a competition how do I receive this?


Congratulations on your free box to obtain this simply send your details across to hello@hugosclubs.com and we will send your box out to you.




Can I add a personalised note to my gifted subscription?


As with all gifts we believe the personal touch makes it, to add a personalised note send the message you would like to be send to hello@hugosclubs.com and we will issue it within the first box




How do I get the free box as advertised on your website?


Simply sign up for a 12 month subscription in full and your thirteenth box will be sent completly free of charge.




How do I change my address?


To change your address simply email hello@hugosclubs.com by the 1st of the month and we will change the address from your next box onwards.
